Cancellation Policy

All services are non-refundable.

Consultations may be rescheduled provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and is subject to availability. Any rescheduled consultation must take place within six (6) weeks of the original booking date. If no suitable availability is found within this timeframe, the appointment cannot be rebooked and no refund will be issued.

Workshops and group bookings cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or refunded.
